Card Caddy for Pandemic: Hot Zone North America. Holds the 4 character cards together with the 4 action sheets, the crisis cards, 3 epidemic cards, the player cards and the effection cards while fitting in the standard insert. I did not use any fancy settings to print it. While not designed for it, it should also be suitable for Hot Zone Europe.
