PANDEMIC - Cards Holder
thingiverse
I designed a PANDEMIC infection & player card holder that I think is way cooler and more efficient than the standard solid card holders out there. The parts are made from sturdy yet flexible materials, which makes them perfect for holding your cards in place. When you close the lid, it fits snugly on top of the pack, keeping everything secure. I'm using a RepRap Prusa i3 printer to print these holders, and I've optimized the settings to use as little filament as possible while still maintaining good quality. Here are the printing details: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill Percentage: 80% Notes: I'm using a JHead extruder with a 3mm filament and a 0.4mm nozzle, and Slic3r slicing software (version 1.2.9). Each print takes around 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete. Print Settings: * First layer height: 0.2mm * Perimeters: 3 * Solid layers: 5 (top), 5 (bottom) * Infill pattern: Rectilinear * Infill percentage: 80% * Top/bottom infill pattern: Concentric * Infill angle: 45° * Speed settings: + Perimeters: 40mm/s + Small perimeters: 20mm/s + External perimeters: 80% + Infill speed: 60mm/s + Solid infill speed: 40mm/s + Top solid infill speed: 20mm/s * Travel speed: 80mm/s * First layer temperature: + Extruder: 205°C + Bed: 65°C I hope you enjoy these holders, and if you have any questions or suggestions for improvements, feel free to contact me!
