[14/12/23] gerber zip file for the PCB version tested during wheat seeding F9P connection must be set to 460800bps. - on the F9P via Ucenter go to view>configuration view go to PRT select UART1 and speed 460800, clic send + go to CFG, select 1+2+3+4, save current config. and send. - on the Teensy .ino file set GPS speed to 460800 (const int32_t baudGPS = 460800;) I didn't changed the 3d files so manage that component get the same place (especially F9P with 6mm spacers). Drop the gerber zip file to JLCPCB (there is discount for your first order, it's really cheap to get 5 PCB). AIM equivalent to previous TPU, same holes pattern, overall size few more compact. The plate is easy to extract to solve an eventual problem, honestly it would merit to design a small PCB from the same size to get rid of wires, but no time for it. Components : - See shema - See photo (4x 6mm spacers + srews and nuts + 4x m2.5 or m3 wood/plastic srews) - Switch KDC11 and DC 2.1mm connector as for previous TPU - JST connectors or similar Teensy 4.0 program : https://github.com/BL08FR/PandaTPU/tree/main F9P configuration as described in teensy program (from memory over UART1, RTCM correction in, GGA 10hz out). HC-05 bluetooth module configuration : VERSION:3.0-20170601 (you may use others versions as succesfully as that one) -AT+ROLE=1 (master or slave mode, unsure, make your own test) -AT+CLASS=0 (make module visible to others devices) -AT+CMODE=0 (possible to connect to only one device) -AT+UART=115200,0,0 (115200 speed, tested ok with 1 parity bit it may be also without, make your own test) -PIN up to you. Printing orientations : -Mounting plate back on the bed. -Box bottom on the bed. -Hood top on the bed (to avoid warping risk). No supports at all. Tested sucessfully 02/08/2023
