This panda uses the leg pieces from this bear: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:919380. I have printed it at both 100% size and 50% size, with both prints turning out perfectly fine. Here's a photo showing the panda at both 50% and 65% size. The arm joints may need a little sanding to achieve smooth motion.
