A Panda-shaped cookie cutter was crafted by me as a friend's birthday gift. For a safe food usage, it is advisable to apply smoothing techniques to the 3D printed object. I used ABS for my print and employed the acetone vapor method. This involves buying a cheap stovetop steamer, adding a bit of acetone in it, putting the part inside for about 30 seconds, then letting it sit on a glass counter to evaporate completely.
