This allows for the press fit of 15x3mm neodymium magnets into the screw caps, I use these to hold magnetic base 'helping hand' flexible arms. The press fit 15x3mm magnets seem to be enough for the electronics work that I do but you could always add super glue, and this is much cheaper than the commercial products on amazon for this purpose.
