If so, I'm right there with you...\r\n\r\nThis clever little accessory raises your hand by 5mm above the screen, preventing accidental contact with the system tray while still providing full access to all icons.\r\n\r\nTo print this handy gadget, I would use PETG for its flexibility, set the orientation to "tab side-up," and employ tree supports (using Cura's experimental mode).\r\n\r\nUpdate: After printing a test piece in PLA, it snapped into place effortlessly. Printing with PETG will yield a final result...\r\n\r\nUpdate 2: I printed one using PETG, installed it, and was blown away by the dramatic difference it made to the Toughpad's functionality...\r\n\r\n2mm walls\r\n40 speed\r\n245 nozzle\r\n60 bed\r\n.2 layer\r\nI also added a 6mm brim to secure the trees in place.
