Made it in OpenScad, a simplified version of the original button. When the model was ready, I found an identical one over here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18867. I was cautious about it because guide bushings are not sleek on that model and the hole in the original button bushing is mostly made for saving plastic, not as a functional design feature. In 3D printing, achieving better adhesion between guide bushings and main platform of the button is crucial. So, I solidified mine. Special Notes: 1) Version 1 - Original Size 2) Version 2 - Clamp Size increased slightly because when I used original size clamps, the button kept falling off the microwave. Probably due to wear and tear inside the body. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: You may want to print it by rotating the model on the short side of the button and using a support, which will ensure all long parts are printed lengthwise. This might make them less visually appealing, but they'll be hidden inside the microwave anyway. The extra strength in narrow spots is essential because you press the button every day.
