The hotshoe mount has been slimmed down to accommodate various attachments, and you'll now find two extra screw mounts near the HDMI port and cold shoe mount. We're thrilled to announce that our cage/armor is now print-ready in PETG, with a recommended 85% infill for added strength and reduced warping. Say goodbye to those pesky ABS curls! To ensure smooth printing, make sure to select "Merge all outlines into single model" in the advanced tab of Simplify3D. This cage/armor is specifically designed for the Panasonic GH4 Photo/Movie camera. For optimal results, use good bed adhesion and consider applying kapton tape + hairspray to prevent edges from curling up during printing. Don't forget to print at 85% infill and use supports for added stability. After your print is complete, clean it up with a vile + sandpaper and give it an acetone vapor treatment for that pro look! To secure the cage/armor in place, add 3/8th to 1/4th inch screw threads by screwing them into designated holes. It might take some time, but trust us - it's worth it! For added security, glue two thin pads where your camera sits for anti-slip protection.
