Panasonic ER2302 Switch
thingiverse
After my Panasonic ER2302 razor took an unfortunate tumble onto the floor, only a small piece of the power switch remained intact. To give it new life, I employed some precision caliper work and blender construction to print a replacement part. Next, I set out to repair and restore the damaged switch. First, I carefully positioned some tiny pieces of paper around the remaining fragments of the switch, taking care to prevent any glue from seeping into the razor's intricate mechanisms. Next, I placed a guiding plate above the cover paper, ensuring it was securely aligned with the bottom of the razor. With the plate in place, I filled the opening between the plates with a two-component adhesive, allowing it to dry and harden completely. I then repeated this process by filling some glue into the knob's opening, taking care not to overflow or spill any excess onto surrounding areas. Once the glue had dried, I carefully placed the knob onto the plate, making sure it was securely seated and properly aligned. With everything in place, I waited patiently for a while, allowing the adhesive to fully cure and bond with the surrounding materials. Finally, I gently tore away the excess paper that had been used as a guide during the repair process, revealing a beautifully restored power switch that worked like new.
