Panasonic CW-C60YU or CW-80YU Air Conditioner grille slat. May fit similar models. The slat measures 106 mm by 17 mm without protrusions, and the protrusions themselves are delicate, so print carefully. To achieve this print, I ordered it from 3DHUBS, using a FDM process with PETG material in white color. I set my layer height to 100 microns and opted for 100% solid infill. After printing, I sanded the slat with progressively finer grits - 100, 220, and finally 400.
