UPDATE: Added BaseV2.0 and TiltV2.0, this upgrade allows mounting the tiltservo on to the bottom of the tilt-plate and connecting the servo-rod directly to the baseplate. Additionally, extra edges were cut off from the base to remove sticking out parts. The V2 base and V1 (final) tilt still work together if you prefer to mount your tiltservo on to the base and eliminate the extra edges. END OF UPDATE. A compact pan/tilt system for FPV applications was designed, capable of accommodating a mini 600tvl camera or a Runcam or Mobius. (Refer to the video below, which showcases the redesigned tilt function operating better; however, the redesign involved simply relocating the hole on the plate.) Required Components: - 2x M5x20 screws with locknuts featuring 16mm long threadings - 2x ballbearings (available through the link provided) - Various washers - 1x 9g servo for tilt operations - 1x 45g servo designed for pan functions, use the link below to obtain it - Wire to connect the tilt servo to the tilt plate 600tvl Camera: http://www.banggood.com/600TVL-8_0MP-14-2_8mm-CMOS-FPV-170-Degree-Wide-Anlge-Lens-Camera-PALNTSC-p-984345.html Ball Bearings: http://www.ebay.com/itm/290948093007?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Pan Servo: http://www.ebay.com/itm/360784883026?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT To ensure smooth operation, a washer should be placed between the ball bearings and the base. Next, screw the base to the servo, then secure the 9g tilt servo in between the "legs" on the base using glue or double-sided tape. Enjoy!
