This knob fits most glass lids, even the ones using M5 bolts from factory. I have made this to use a standard M6 nut and bolt. It also includes a small cap to hide the nut hexagon. This cap will fit with interference but i recommend gluing it. A self locking nut is recommended. It does require a small amount of force to fit the nut inside the hexagon as an interference fit was intended. I have installed a metal washer and a rubber washer between the bolt head and the glass lid. To be printed, the part requires supports at the bottom. The remaining overhangs do not. The knob in the pictures was printed with ASA filament using adaptive layer height between 0.14 and 0.22mm. It was already used several times and remains strong. PETG may also work as well as annealed PLA.
