But the best is obviously to go outside and enjoy mother earth without shoes! My big interest for health and well-being led me to, among other things of course, to the concept of grounding/earthing. The research available strongly indicate that its very good for the body to be in contact with the ground, to get natural antioxidants that help the body to heal faster. Well the conductivity is great for some things but perhaps not your first choice?
