Palmiga ESD Anti Static Protection for Vacuum Cleaner Nozzle
thingiverse
Most people know it's a bad idea to vacuum clean the PC or other electronics due to the ESD issue, which can sometimes fry ICs. Fast-moving air builds up static charges quickly, and you don't want a huge spark flying into your PCB. This design is used on the vacuum cleaner nozzle to ground/earth the nozzle, preventing ESD. In the pictures, I have printed with a 0.7mm nozzle at 40mm/s. The design can be used to prevent damage from electrostatic discharge when cleaning electronics with a vacuum. Please respect the license and give credit to the designer. I do not claim that these designs will work in any special way or that it is safe to use. You use my designs on your own risk, and I am in no way responsible for any damages or injuries. Check out my unique UV-stable, flexible, and conductive filament called ETPU 95-250 Carbon Black filament at https://youtu.be/snhUddhbN_8. This filament has several benefits: The material composition eliminates "stringing/webbing" issues. The hardness of 95 shore A and the carbon black filler make for great print abilities. The carbon black filler is an excellent UV stabilizer, making prints last in harsh environments. The matte black surface finish has a very exclusive look. The material feels nice and dry to touch. It's not too stretchy and will do well for timing belts, etc. Visit http://rubber3dprinting.com/ for more information.
