Palm Tree

Shipwrecked? Buried treasure? Pirates? Long walks on the beach? Sounds like you might just need some Palm Trees! These palm trees print in a number of small pieces so you can assemble a tree as tall or as short and you like, as straight or as bendy as you want. All the parts print flat and are scale-able. The palm tree on the right was printed at 100%, while the one on the left was printed at 80%. Assembly Instructions: Start with a base section (straight or curved), then glue any number of Straight, Curved, or Tight Curved Sections to create the style of tree trunk you prefer. Next, add one of the Husk Sections followed by the Top. Finally, glue the assembled palm tree trunk down to one of the Bases (if the trunk is quite bendy, use the Large Base). Print 8 large leaves, 8 leaves, and 4 small leaves. Place all the leaves in a bowl of near-boiling water. One at a time, pull out each leaf and shape it with your hands. CAUTION: BE CAREFUL WHEN WORKING WITH HOT WATER - youngsters should ask a parent or guardian for assistance. Glue the large leaves into the first row of holes on the Top, then glue the regular leaves into the middle row of holes. Finally, glue the small leaves into the top row of holes. Paint to your liking. Enjoy!
