Using the Lezyne Pocket Drive can be really uncomfortable as tire pressure rises. It's hard to hold on to, and the end of the pump isn't flat, making it uncomfortable to press against. Since it takes 100+ pumps to fill a tire to road pressures, this can leave the user's palm bruised. Not exactly ideal if you plan to keep riding after fixing  a flat! This model creates a flat surface and  Version 1 increases the area of the end of the pump, making it easier and pain free to pump up a tire. Space inside this cap allows the hose to be stored normally, though the rubber hose cap on the storage end needs to be removed. This model is intended to be printed in TPU or another flexible filament that's on the more rigid side of the spectrum. I used Sainsmart TPU which is 95A hardness.I tested this model in 40% infill first and found it worked great. However, using an infill modifier to print the first 7.5mm with 15% infill and the rest of the print with 40% infill made things even better. The flat pushing end compresses slightly when pushing at an angle, while the rest of the print retains enough rigidity. Version 1 - mushroomed shapeVersion 2 -inline shape (not pictured)
