Palm mesh for the e-NABLE Phoenix hand

This mesh can be printed in a variety of rigid plastics such as PLA or flexible materials like TPU. It's designed to fit onto an e-NABLE Phoenix hand palm, secured by 13 small countersink head sheet metal screws. The goal is to eliminate Velcro strapping use in the palm area. Additionally, it can be used with the Team UnLimbited Arm at teamunlimbited.org/the-unlimbited-arm/. When printed with a rigid material, it's intended for thermoforming to fit a recipient's vestigial palm using heat or a hairdryer. If TPU is chosen, there's no need for this process due to its strength and flexibility. Two designs with varying thicknesses are provided, both suitable for right hands. To create left-hand versions, simply mirror the design through your slicing software. Print settings include: Printer: Folger RepRap 2020 Prusa i3 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm layers Infill: 35% Notes: For a left hand, mirror the design.
