Palette 3 strain reliever

This is a strain reliever if you need you palette to be in normal orientation but have your filament coming down from the top. It might be a rare situation, but it is the situation that I am in. This uses 2 m3 x 12 allen screws to attach it to the palette, 2 m3 x 12 screws/nuts/washer to connect the two sides together, and 2 608 bearings. I printed the roller up and down with no support. I printed the 2 sides with supports.
