I upgraded my stock extruder on my Raise3D N2+ to a dual Bondtech extruder, rendering my prior design for the inlet tube from my Palette 2 obsolete. This necessitates using tie-wraps to secure it in place since there are no usable threaded mounting holes on the Bondtech. Photos illustrate a suggested method of securing the part with four zip-ties at the front and four zip-ties at the rear, slipped into channels on either side of the model. Your mileage may vary. The donut part must be printed twice when using both extruders. I have a 0.2 mm nozzle on my right extruder and a 0.4 mm nozzle on my left extruder, allowing me to easily switch between them by moving the Palette tube to either side. The donut features a taper that accepts and stabilizes the tip of the Bowden tube from Mosaic, while the other side has a larger clearance void that fits over the Bondtech tube inlets. Separate printing of the donuts is necessary to allow the details on the main piece to accommodate rubber grommets in the top holes. This enables working with the part from both sides before capturing it with the donut, which supports the tube tip that passes through the grommet below. Otherwise, the tube can still flop around if held solely by the grommet. I printed the parts at 20% infill using PLA and supports generated from the bed only.
