Palette 2 Tube Clamp/Chain Bracket for Ender 3

This is a remix of yannicked's "Ender 3 Cable Chain E bracket mount". I grew tired of the tubing popping out of the small grommet bracket that came with the Palette 2 and designed this mount. I added what amounts to a split collar, simple in design yet effective. It requires an M3 socket head cap screw. There are no printed threads; instead, use the screw to cut the threads in the rear section. * An updated version 2 has been added, which features no slot or screw. The tube is held in place by a shoulder inside the bracket (see cross-section picture).
