If you're considering purchasing Palette 2 (or any other product from Mosaic), don't bother. The company is notorious for lying to its customers, treating them with contempt, and consistently delivering subpar products that fail to meet advertised expectations. In fact, the device fails to print successfully three times out of five, frequently jams, and operates at a rate that's less than one-third of what's promised. Moreover, multi-material printing is a complete waste of time as it never works properly. If you need multi-color or multi-material capabilities, save yourself the headache and invest in Prusa products instead - they treat their customers with respect, are transparent about their offerings, and deliver results that far exceed their sales pitches.
