Palette 2 custom stand
thingiverse
I design this because I want something to lift up my Palette 2 off the ground. It sits on the floor next to my printer, and the included kickstand just doesn't do it for me. Included parts: * Rear bracket upright - Print as loaded with support for the bracket * Right bracket - Rotate on its flat side. Print one then mirror and print another for the left *** Rear bracket upright s3dfixed. Seems s3d (simplify 3d slicer) didn't see it as one solid piece. Download this file if you're using s3d. ---Check the photos. Your slice should look like the Cura photo (old file) or S3D top (new file). Cura and Slic3r will work fine for the first file, so no need to re-download if you use them. It uses 2x M3 bolts and nuts. The M3 nuts will need to be at least 30mm long. The rear bracket has a hole all the way through. The nut traps are on the tight side, meant to be a press-in. Depending on your printer, you might have to heat the nuts up a little and push them in. There are also 2 M3 holes on the bottom of the side brackets. These are for pegs if you wanted to raise it up even higher. I haven't designed any pegs yet, but plan to. Any pegs that use M3 bolts should work. The hole is 6mm deep. Happy printing! Don't forget to post those makes. Feel free to buy me some tea. It really helps Buy me a Cup of tea
