This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 7 and then converted to all other 3D formats seamlessly. Its native format is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene is a robust 3ds Max 2016 version rendered flawlessly with Vray 3.00. Constructed in 1929, the edifice was commissioned by Minetti SA and crafted by the ingenious architects Josú Leopoldo Gerbino and Schwartz alongside Manuel Ocampo as lead collaborator. Candia & Co. oversaw its construction, utilizing high-quality materials sourced directly from Germany. Boasting a total height of approximately 64mts, this Art Deco masterpiece is unrivaled in Rosario, crowned with two magnificent female figures embodying agriculture, proudly grasping an ear of corn and a bunch of wheat respectively. The intricate sculptures were crafted by precision-welding and riveting metal plates onto a steel structure. EQUIPMENT GE: Notably, the model has been positioned atop a recent satellite image, dated January 16th, 2010, which has been relocated about 6m eastward from its previous counterpart taken in May 2009; thus, this model will exhibit an offset compared to some previously located buildings on our equipment.
