This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted to other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016, rendered using Vray 3.00 The Palacio Fuentes is a famous landmark building in Rosario city. Construction was initiated by Juan Sources Echeverria, a Spanish immigrant who made his fortune in agriculture, with the design crafted by architect Juan B. Durand and construction managed by Ferrarese Hnos. Y Cia. between 1922 and 1927. A notable feature is its four-sided clock tower playing Big Ben's sound, bronze lamps lighting both sides of the building, and the entrance portal made in Greece from electrolytic bronze, designed by Manuel Ocampo, which closely resembles "The Gates of Paradise" in the Baptistery of San Giovanni in Florence. Materials used were imported from Germany and Italy. The ground floor and mezzanine feature businesses, offices, and apartments on upper floors with luxurious amenities at the time of its construction (central heating, bedroom suites, intercom). The sixth floor houses the original owner's residence, along with a rooftop area and a set of pergolas offering views of the city and Parana River.
