Painting Assistant for Miniatures

UPDATE: I recently purchased the Bespin Gambit expansion for Imperial Assault and discovered that the bases of my minis are all too big for the pronged stands. Normally only about one in seven IA miniatures will be slightly too large for the pronged version, but it appears that either I received a very bad batch or they've altered the mold somewhat for these. I've started playing Star Wars Imperial Assault by Fantasy Flight and absolutely love bringing my unpainted miniatures to life. They're small, making them occasionally tricky to hold in place while painting. That's why I created this alternative to using a bottle cap or cork that some others have used. There are two grip styles and two stand designs available to hold your minis while they dry. The pronged grip was specifically designed for the roughly 24mm bases of Imperial Assault miniatures, but it should also work well for other types with similar size bases. Since not all miniatures are created equal, I've also included a version without prongs that's perfect for larger based figures. For those who prefer to paint one figure at a time or need extra depth in their display, there are single and triple base versions available. As a Star Wars game, I've included Rebel, Imperial, Mandalorian, and Star Wars logos on each stand for added authenticity. Alternatively, blank versions are also available for those planning to use them for other purposes or prefer a basic look. Print Settings Printer: New Matter MOD-t Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 25% Notes: I used .1mm resolution on the base to bring out the detail, but if you're printing blank versions, they print well at 2mm.
