Painters tape cutter

Update October 3rd: Added two new STL files for the lids only, designed with double tolerance. These 'tol04' versions are expected to resolve issues encountered by certain printers after work. Original summary: For my Anet A6 printer, I have successfully utilized painters tape for excellent first layers on PLA and PETG. However, for ABS printing, a thin layer of normal wood glue (D2) is applied, which proves effective when the heatbed is cold. The painters tape requires frequent replacement, prompting me to design an easy-to-use tape cutter. To install: Place the cutter over the tape, ensuring the cutting side faces outwards with the teeth perpendicular to the tape. Next, position the lid at a 90-degree angle on top of the cutter and then turn it towards the teeth while lifting it up over the pin to secure it in place. To use: Hold the cutter's interior with your left hand's thumb and index finger, while using your right hand to pull the tape over the teeth. This technique simplifies pulling off the correct length of tape. The provided files are designed for a 50mm and 20mm tape cutter, sharing the same lid design for both sizes. The recommended printing material is PETG or PC (NGEN), as PLA may not possess sufficient flexibility to allow the lid to close properly.
