Painted Ceramic Test Tile - Laser Engraving

thingiverse

This is a power test tile for laser engraving on painted 4 inch tiles from Lowes or HomeDepot. This file was originally designed for a cheap diode laser set up, but could be easily modified for use with C02 and fiber lasers. I have included the LightBurn project file (.lbm), Illustrator (.ai), and a .SVG. The lightburn file has multiple layers coinciding with each color or square. - Each square engraves at 20mm/s or 1200mm/m. The default line interval for each square (besides non LI test squares) is .1mm unless adjusted. - PW: # coincides with the square and texts power level % - .08-.13mm | 10 - These squares adjust the Line Interval setting in LightBurn ranging from .08-.13mm. All of them engrave at 10% power. - At the top left you have a series of lines all 50mm long and varying in thickness from .1-3mm thick. - At the bottom left you have every test square as 2x2mm squares under the speed label. - Added a QR code in the bottom left that points back to this page to find it again!
