I revised an existing design because it didn't perform well for me. I made some changes and now it works perfectly even with locktited regulators. I printed it out of PLA with a 2.0mm wall thickness, 50% infill and as hot as possible. There's minimal warping involved and the higher temperatures really help with layer adhesion.
