To replicate a speed feed, create a mold cavity using generic design. Pour silicone mix (e.g., Smooth On Mold Max 40 with Shore Hardness of 40) into the cavity to form its cast. For Solidworks users, a 2012 file is available but remains incomplete. Mold Max 40 mixture weighs approximately 15 grams and adheres well to ABS plastic without release agent. Trim excess material with utility knife. Consider using Mold Max 40 over Mold Max 60 for its durability and ability to prevent paintball spillage. If seeking bubble-free cast, use a vacuum chamber for de-gassing; otherwise, bubbles may appear.
