Paintball Scenario Nerf Launcher Breech

I uploaded a YouTube video demonstrating this component in detail here: http://youtu.be/pGgKaY6h6t0. If constructed properly, it enables breech-loading for a Nerf football launcher. Use it only in a compressed air Nerf football launcher that is safe and approved by the field, as well as a professionally run game of scenario paintball. This component was designed specifically to use Nerf brand Pocket Vortex and Aero Flyer foam footballs; do not use anything else. Attach a piece of 2" Sch 40 Slip (no threading) PVC pipe with glue for the barrel. The length of the barrel is up to you, but 2' works well. Compressed air enters at a 45-degree angle from a female-threaded 3/4" NPT pipe section. The loading door fits snugly into the breech and locks in place with a slight twist. Although the seal isn't airtight, it functions properly. I have personally tested this design and even used it in a game of scenario paintball. When printed flat, the height of this component should be 70.55mm. The overhang holding the loading door can be problematic, but I was able to print mine without supports and only had to clean it slightly. Use as much infill and layer thickness as possible, the more the better. This design is meant to briefly channel rushing air, not retain it. It's not designed to support the weight of a launcher or barrel, so add a structural support to alleviate stress on the printed component.
