This clicks into place over a paint can opener. Purchase a paint can opener from a dollar store and you'll have it right away. Bottle opener, paint lid scraper, paint roller scraper... It works on all metal gallon jugs of paint, the plastic jugs don't have the same rim geometry, but still gets the job done, fitting into the slot to clean up what's left in the grooves. Two files are here because this is intended for use with paint and possibly other chemicals like acetone or paint thinner.
