Paint Stir Sword Hilt
thingiverse
My son crafted a play sword by carefully shaping a point onto a paint stir stick. I proposed that we create a hilt to fit it perfectly. He designed the hilt as a detailed sketch and we brought it to life using CREO software. A 3-degree taper proved essential in holding the parts securely together, while superglue ensured they stayed firmly attached. To attach the paint stir stick to the hilt, I recommend using hot-glue for added durability.
