Tired of dealing with a variety of paint roller handle sizes? I certainly was when I had amassed four different handles and still needed a fifth one for the new rollers we purchased. Fed up, I decided to take matters into my own hands and came up with a solution that eliminated the need for multiple handles. I designed end caps to securely hold rollers on smaller-sized handles featuring smaller diameter rods. Printing these custom end caps takes approximately five to eleven minutes. Once you have them in hand, you can start using them right away. Usage is simple: apply hot glue to the rod and attach the cap. To ensure a secure bond, add some glue inside the printed part - this allows for easy removal by twisting it off. The caps will stay firmly in place, providing multiple uses without needing additional applications of hot glue.
