Paint Rack (Vallejo-Size)

A simple paint rack for 24 hobby paint bottles of Vallejo size, approximately 1 inch in diameter by 3 inches tall, is designed to be easily mounted on a wall and removed when needed. The finished dimensions of the rack are 250 x 120 x 55 millimeters. The rack consists of four parts: a top with holes for painting, a solid back plate with keyholes for mounting, and two sides that hold everything together. Each part is designed to be cut from material that is 4.5 millimeters thick, or three sixteenths of an inch. In the photo, the completed rack was made using 6-millimeter material, but it was cut with a laser cutter using 4.5-millimeter material. This resulted in a poor fit at the joints, although the rack is still functional. This paint rack design is intended for use with a laser cutter. If desired, an extruded version could be created using 3D printing. I have included .stl files for 4.5-millimeter thick material, but they are not optimized for material usage and have not been tested for fit.
