I discovered a paint mixer measuring 100mm in diameter but when I attached a dowel rod and attempted to stir, excessive torque apparently caused the dowel rod to snap. In response, I designed smaller paint mixers from scratch to be compact and hopefully generate less torque, ensuring the dowel rod wouldn't break during mixing and eliminating the need for supports during filament printing on my 3D printer. To secure the 7mm (1/4 inch) dowel rod to the paint stirrer, I'm using Seal All glue; other glues like Goop might also work. The 60mm model seems a suitable size. However, I believe the 40mm one may be too small, but I included it anyway in case it could prove useful to someone else. Edit: After testing the 60mm paint stirrer (as shown in photos), it performed well. While not as speedy as I would have liked, it effectively contained paint splatters and accomplished its purpose. As evident from the images, it stirred the paint sufficiently, enabling me to paint my house with an airless sprayer exactly as planned. I moved the stirrer up and down, at varying levels within the paint can for roughly 5 minutes.
