I recommend printing the six container holder at 99.5% scale in the x and y direction. Leave the Z direction (height) scaling at 100%. (X and Y scaling can be changed to 99.5% by the slicer) I recommend printing the 2 container version as it is (100% scaling in the x y and z direction). I created the six paint by numbers paint container holder from scratch in Fusion 360 to stabilize a row of 6 (or fewer) paint pot containers. There are notches so that the row of containers can stay connected together. There are cut-outs in the front as well to help opening the containers up in the holder (room for finger). I recently added a 2 container version also and tightened up the tolerance of the inner holes by 0.2mm to fit the two containers more snugly but couldn't get away with using smaller diameter holes across six containers at 100% due to tolerance variation across the longer string of six paint containers. Scaling the six container holder version in the x and y direction to 99.5% worked perfectly for me though. No scaling should be required on the two container holder version. The two paint container holder design differs a little from the six container holder version in that it is symmetric so any desired paint can be located on the end closest to the painter within easy reach and oriented such that the container lid can be placed out of the way. I also extended the tab slots to accommodate cut off tabs all the way across both of the holders (useful if two containers are cut out of the middle section of a longer string). The tabs keep the container from rotating in the holder. I lastly reduced the inner diameter by 0.2mm to fit the two containers perfectly. They go in and out easily but won't fall out on their own. The six container version has slightly oversized holes (by an additional 0.2mm) by default to accommodate tolerance variation across the six containers. Scaling X and Y dimensions of the six container version to 99.5% helps to bring the inner hole diameter back to the right diameter while relaxing some slight tension with the string of 6 connected paint containers when printed at 100% scaling which caused the base to cup slightly. It took me a little over two hours to print the six holder version at 0.28 layer height at a moderate speed. I am also including my design files for your enjoyment. The two container version prints in about 45 minutes for me with a 0.28 layer height. Have fun! Did you happen to notice the paint numbering in the photo? 8 7 9 10 11 12... nice...
