Oceane Navez expertly captured the intricate details of a rye bread slice through photogrammetry. The acquisition, processing, and post-treatment were all handled by Oceane herself. With her skills in photography, reconstruction, and topological meshing, she created a high-quality 3D model. By converting it to a quad mesh, she made the geometry more efficient for rendering. Next, she reduced the complexity of the model with a low-poly conversion, then unwrapped the UVs, baked texture maps, and fine-tuned the textures through retouching and re-projection.
