Pagoda Stubby TPU case
thingiverse
Since the original pagoda cover is open source, I chose the GNU license as a matter of course. It's only logical that this would be the case. Anyway, I took that cover and added a section specifically designed for an SMA nut. This modification was a no-brainer. If you decide to build your own stubby from scratch, it's best to start with a piece of wire measuring 28-30mm in length. Then, expose about 3mm on each end for the center element. This precise length should fit this cover like a glove. I personally use the Andy Shen jig printed in PLA that can be found here on Thingiverse. For those who want to know how it's done: https://youtu.be/QOEE9oSiv8c Printer: Prusa mk3 Filament: Sainsmart TPU Infill: 30% (the walls will remain solid). Orientation: cone up, like an ice cream cone.
