Pagoda 2 Omni FPV Antenna Spacers (Protector)
thingiverse
I just got some Pagoda-2 antennas from Farvew.com and they provide an STL for a protective shell, but I was worried about the disks getting out of alignment, so I quickly made some spacers to fix that problem. The design thickness for the top is 3.65mm and the bottom is 10.45mm, but on my printer they come out a little thicker than that, so I used sandpaper and a caliper to get them exactly the right size. I was planning to use shrink tubing to secure them, but the only size I had that fit was way too big, and when I tried to fully shrink it the first time, I accidentally melted the spacer a bit. What I ended up doing instead was using some UV epoxy to seal the edges of the PCB where they meet the spacers. Glue would also work just fine. For extra protection, you could even use this with the outer shell at the same time. Print Settings: Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: ABS is recommended. I used one perimeter with a 0.5mm nozzle.
