I grabbed the customizable page holder from tomasf and gave it some added stability by making room for a few weights. I punched out four holes just large enough to fit 28mm washers inside, which provide more than enough weight to keep everything firmly in place, no matter what type of paper is used. To secure them, I simply applied a hot glue seal.
