These pads help to grip and spread the force of guide rail clamps on a workpiece, when used outside of their normal function. This way they can be used on materials such as soft woods with less risk of marking the surface.Designed to fit the type of common 8x12mm guide rail / saw track clamps such as those by Makita, Festool, Axminster, Bessey, Trend and many others. Printing NotesPETG is a good choice. Temperatures on the higher end of the recommended range for your filament are likely better as good layer adhesion is important. These need to be solid all the way through to resist crushing, so use 100% infill.I printed mine base-down as in the model and they are strong, but they should be fine to print upright as well if you want. The pad should slide on easily and fit snugly, but not so tight that it starts to bend.If you try the test model for fitting - it should have a little resistance at the middle point of the clamp jaw. If it feels loose then add a fraction of a millimetre (your estimate) of XY size compensation in your slicer software to thicken it a bit and try again.
