Padlock

(Hardware required - see paragraph 3)This lock takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes to print (0.32mm layer height, 3 external walls, 20% infill) and shouldn't require any sanding (depends on your printer) You will need to place the gears and shackle inside the lock housing before screwing the lid and the base together. One of the photos above shows the layout of how these parts are placed together, but it is pretty intuitive. Make sure the big and small gears are in the locations shown in the picture or the lock will not work.The Base and Lid pieces have holes for a 3mm nut and socket head, respectively. The screw that you will need is 3mm x 12mm long, and you will need three of these screws along with 3 M3 nuts. I just lightly hammered the nuts into their respective holes and then used the screw to tighten them down.Feel free to send me any questions about this lock. Enjoy!
