Paddle Shift System mod Alternate Paddles + Magnet mod (v2)

I liked this clamp design, as I didn't see any similar designs that don't clamp to the front of the wheel, but I didn't like the paddles. So I designed my own, bit smaller paddles. I've also added holes for magnet both to the paddles and to the clamps. They're designed for 8mm*4mm circular neodymium magnets to be pressed in (untested, might fall out eventually). Version 2: The paddle is now a bit further outside and further away from the wheel, to make it easier to reach the paddles and so that the paddles don't hit the hands when not using them. I've also added a few knubs on where the magnet is, so that the paddles don't flap around against the clamp.
