Water Drip Preventer Fitted on a Paddle Shaft Engineers use water drip preventers on paddles to stop water from running down the shaft. Made to fit a 1.2-inch round shaft, these can be adapted for different sizes. A flexible filament would ideally print them well, but designers struggle with overhanging parts on NinjaFlex. In fact, it's tough to get those tricky overhangs to come out smooth with this particular material. The photo shows a successful print done in bright Up Yellow ABS*. *NinjaFlex does make a decent alternative for many uses.
