Pad Lock

prusaprinters davi 5142372 Free

A remodeled replica of this one, but with some slight fixes. This one was designed to work much smaller with a 2cm wide body. Scaling down probably won't work, but feel free to scale it up as much as you want.Obviously, not very sturdy, but still might be good for keeping people from snooping. Especially useful for your Hexx Case Tool Roll.Any common plastic printing will work, but I'd use PETG for the housing and ASA for the mechanics. The lower the layer height the better, especially for smaller scales. Brims might be helpful for the mechanic pieces. After printing, you might need to run a blade between the latch and the keyway to make sure the latch flexes fully. To assemble, first glue the hasp to the small cap on the tube side of the housing.Wait until it dries, then glue the latch in the bottom.
