A shim fits inside Pacsafe Coversafe 75, raising the camera to peek above the pouch, accommodating a lightning-to-microUSB adapter for charging with a booster battery. It begins charging when detecting load on its microUSB cable; however, the lightning-microUSB adapter connects first, not the iPhone, triggering this logic. No load detected, the battery stops current within 30 seconds, refusing to charge the iPhone inserted next. To trigger charging, feel through fabric, slightly disconnect and reconnect the micro-USB cable from the lightning adapter, restarting the battery's logic for charging to begin.
