I made it with the Customizer at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=40705. **Instructions** To make this thing, you'll need to choose your options: - Make sure manual_length is set to 300. - Choose font_two_size of 30 for the text. - For the embossing, select style 0 and icon 0 for now. - Set sign_size to 0 for the moment. - Use write/orbitron.dxf as your Font choice. - Pick hole_radius at 2.5mm for this thing. - Input paco@ragageles.com in message_one right now. - No rotation on icon yet, so keep it set to 0. - Finally, manual_width should be exactly 201 units. And that's about it! I'm going with a font_two_size of 30, emboss_style 0 and a hole_radius of 2.5mm for the first try at this thing.
