PacMan and Ghost hanging light shades perfectly fit IKEA Hemma and Sekond hanging lamp cords. I would opt for an LED light bulb due to heat concerns, although lower watt CFL bulbs also remain fairly cool. I'm planning a better Ghost model that won't get tangled inside the top hole.
