The printing temperature is carefully calibrated at 195 degrees Celsius, while the heated plate maintains a consistent 60 degrees Celsius. Layer height is precisely controlled at 0.2 millimeters, and print speed is optimized at 30% capacity. The final product may undergo slight size variations due to layer height and Support removal considerations. This project originated from an industrial design course, where innovation meets precision craftsmanship.
